​Can I place an order over the phone?

Absolutely! We are always willing to talk to our customers answer questions and take orders. We can take credit cards right over the phone.

Can I Pay with a Check or Money Order?

We are always willing to take a personal or business check or money order. We do hold shipment until the check clears or the money order has been cashed. Returned Checks are subject to a 35.00 bank fee.

Do I need to be in to sign for my delivery?

You will not need to sign for your delivery if you choose to waive that option on USPS shipments. On FedEx deliveries any order over 500 dollars is required to have a signature. If no one is available to sign we can make arrangements to have the package left at a near by FedEx facility or you can pre arrange to have the packaged shipped else where ahead of time.

How long will my delivery take to arrive?

All In Stock products will ship within 24 hours, depending on your location in the U.S. can take up to 7 days on a ground shipment. Special Orders or Custom Orders are subject to manufacturers lead times. Please call for more information before placing order.

I am not 100% sure what I need?

If your not a 100% confident what you need contact us and we will gladly help you figure out what you need.





Will you Ship using my shipping Account?

PRP will ship using a customer's account information. However PRP will place insurance on the shipment to the total replacement value unless otherwise chosen by the customer, in that case customer is responsible for any sipping losses and difference in value.



Does PRP Ship Internationally?

PRP does ship international via USPS or Fedex. In these instances many of our customers prefer to use there own account information.


I want a part you do not have Listed?

If you have a part we do not currently have on our site and is made by one of the manufacturers we represent contact us and we are glad to quote you on it. If it is not a manufacturer we carry we are glad to help you cross it over to one we do. 



Do I have to pay to return my online order?

All Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise discussed.

How do I return items bought via the website?

Contact PRP for more information, you will need the original date of purchase and account number to receive a RGA number. PRP will not except returns on any special orders or custom made products unless they are not to the specifications agreed upon by the customer.
